You decide when the event begins, when it ends, and who gets to speak. You can record the conference for your records or to share later with anyone who was not able to make it to the conference call. Lock the conference call so no one else can join or interrupt once you are under way. You may initiate a roll call of the participants to know who is on the line with you at that moment. If you want to present without being interrupted, turn on lecture mode to mute all participants, or mute participants individually.POST-CONFERENCE DATA
Get quarterly reports of your conference calls. Your reports will include participant telephone numbers, start/stop times, and durations. Let us know if the quarterly billing and reports don't work for you - we are flexible and can build a reporting solution that meets your needs!

To create your FREE conference calling account. You will be provided with a toll-free dial-in number, your moderator code, and participant code that you will use for your conferences.
02SET
The date and time of your event. Give all participants the toll-free dial-in number and participant code.
03CALL
Into the toll-free number when ready for the conference and enter the moderator code. Participants call the same toll-free number and enter the participant code. Everyone can record their name when prompted, these names are announced when they join the conference.
