INTERACTIVE FEEDBACK
With this feature, ask polling questions and get the results from the members called. Ask a simple "1" for yes, and "2" for no question at the end of your message, or lay out multiple questions with multiple possible answers in an interactive broadcast.
AUTOMATIC RECALL
Sometimes a phone number may be busy, out of service, or just unreachable. Our system automatically retries calling a number two additional times after a delay. This gives your message the best chance to get through to the recipient.
POST-BROADCAST DATA
Get a report outlining the results of your broadcast. Know how many members received the call live, how many listened to the full message, and how many received the broadcast as a voicemail message. If your broadcast incorporated any interactive elements, your report will include the member responses.
Let us know your union and local, and the name and position of the person recording the message. Send us a copy of the script, your phone number list, and the date and time you would like to begin the broadcast.

Your message. Call our 24-hour recording line (1.866.377.7213) from a landline. Wait for the beep and
repeat your message two or three
times. Always call from a land line in a
quiet room. Our technicians will edit your message for quality and clarity using the best parts of each take.
When you are finished recording, just hang up.

APPROVE
Your message and go live! Your edited message is emailed to you
for review. We will never broadcast a
call without client approval. This ensures
you know exactly what your members
will hear and are comfortable with the
message. This also gives you the
opportunity to make changes and
re-record if necessary. We’ll send out
your call at the precise time you specify.
